Our Team

The staff at the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation are all experts in the area of assisted reproduction. Many of our team members have had personal experience with IVF, egg donation and/or surrogacy.

 

Robert Nichols, Esq., President

Robert (“Bob”) is the proud parent of three children born through the assistance of an egg donor and surrogate mother. It was through his experience of becoming a parent that he decided to devote all of his legal practice to helping others with their journey to parenthood.

Bob established the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation in 2007 to better assist parents, donors and surrogates through the egg donation and surrogacy process. Bob is also the founding partner of the law firm of Nichols, DeLisle & Lightholder, P.C., a leading law firm specializing in reproductive law.

He has been privileged to be a speaker at the Resolve of New England annual conference and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Bob is a graduate of Cornell University and Boston College Law School

 

Dane Worley, Vice President

Dane joined the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation in 2007 following a successful career as a research scientist in the biotechnology field. Dane developed a passion for helping others have children through egg donation and surrogacy after he had his children with the assistance of an egg donor and surrogate.

It was through his experience of becoming a parent that he decided to devote all of his legal practice to helping others with their journey to parenthood. Dane has matched hundreds of our clients with surrogates.

He provides a very hands-on approach to the matching process and helped develop the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation’s “Right Match” program. Dane is a graduate of Cornell University.

 

Elizabeth Wagner-Pietro, Director of Egg Donation Program

Liz began working with Attorney Nichols in 1999, when he first began matching parents with egg donors and surrogate mothers. Liz has matched hundreds of Intended Parents with their perfect donor.

She prides herself in providing very personalized service to Intended Parents and donors alike. Liz thinks of many of our donors and parents as her friends and will do what is necessary to ensure the donor cycle goes as smoothly as possible.

When not helping our clients with their donor match, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband two beautiful sons and amazing yellow lab, Wags

 

Maryann Kiernan Director of the Gestational Carrier Program

Maryann has been a vital part of our team, helping match Intended Parents and surrogates mothers for more than 10 years.

Today Maryann is an expert at handling every aspect of the surrogacy journey and helps both surrogates and parents navigate the complex process with ease and compassion.

Maryann loves to spend time with her husband and 4 amazing children

 

Keri Ferland, Gestational Carrier Recruiter

Keri join the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation after a long career as an embryologist at 2 different fertility clinics in the Boston area.

Most recently, Keri was the third-party reproduction coordinator at Boston IVF. Keri helps women interested in becoming surrogates navigate the application process and answers questions that potential surrogates may have.

Keri graduated from University of Connecticut (UCONN) and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

 

Ryan McDermott, Director of Marketing & Business Development

Ryan is one of the people who keeps the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation running and moving in the right direction. We’ve grown consistently since Ryan joined our team in 2010, and he handles all things Marketing, Technology, and Operations.

Ryan is a graduate of Northeastern University and enjoys hiking, photography, snowboarding and working on his restored antique Volkswagen.
